Chief Judge Sheri Bluebond Makes A Huge Mistake By Passing Gavel To Judge Maureen Tighe

Mr. Escobar whom lend Mr. Shahbod Noori $15K and Mr. Shabod Noori promise to pay back $17K within 6 months of the loan. Mr. Escobar states per his former defense counsel he stated that "Con-Artist will be always con artists". Mr. Shahbod Noori from Tehran Magazine set Mr. Escobar up by manipulating and lying to him. Per Los Angeles Times and The Associated Press Mr. Shahbod Noori helped terrorist to come legal to this country. He got them green cards for exchange of money. Mr. Shahbod Noori has violated federal court laws by lying to the courts.

Judge Maureen Tighe is aware that Shahbod Noori is a traitor of the USA, but still this woman she acted like she was Shahbod Noori Attorney. She told Shahbod Noori not to answer my interrogatories neither to provide proof of the documents requested to him.

Judge Maureen Tighe did not asked for any proof to Shahbod Noori admitted he got the money and he used to produce an Persian event. He told Judge Maureen Tighe that Mr. Escobar gave him the money as sponsor of a Persian event. This is not truth because Mr. Escobar is not Persian neither speak the language. Mr. Escobar is 100% Latino not a middle east person.

Judge Maureen Tighe is a mistake to be the chief because she is white, racist and she doesn't play by the court procedures. She doesn't care about you, she only care about herself showing off that she is a judge. So when elections coming up vote for a judge to get rid of Judge Maureen Tighe from United States Bankruptcy Court Central District of California.

Mr. Escobar lend the money  to Shahbod Noori because he believe he was a true friend, however Shahbod Noori who doesn't know how to run business lied to him and done it in the past to others and will do in the future.  Thanks to the unprofessional, unethical and uncaring Judge Maureen Tighe Mr. Escobar is on a survival mode because now he is homeless living on his car and motels, including starving.
