New Quality Assurance and Training Manager Appointed at MITY, Inc

OREM, Utah - July 8, 2025 - PRLog -- MITY, Inc., the owner of MityLite, announced that Duaine Naylor has been appointed as the new Quality Assurance and Training Manager for the MityLite and Bertolini manufacturing centers in Orem, Utah. Naylor has been with MityLite for 30 years and has worked in almost every production area.

"Duaine Naylor has a good track record of building people and processes," said Alex Dobsky, Executive VP of Operations at MITY, Inc. "Duaine has been a Plant Manager, Value Stream Leader and Team Leader. We are excited about the ideas and skills that Duaine is bringing for quality and we are confident he will build off what others have done so far. Duaine has been doing an excellent job building a strong training and development process. He has been coordinating tours, Rapid Improvement Events, leading process improvement teams, building and conducting trainings."

The Quality Assurance Manager at MITY, Inc. ensures that manufacturing standards are upheld in each area. In this role, Naylor will ensure the quality of every product manufactured by MityLite.

Naylor brings 30 years of manufacturing experience at MityLite to the leadership position; his previous position with MityLite was Training Manager.

Alex Dobsky, Executive VP of Operations at MITY, Inc., simultaneously announced an additional promotion within the company to support Quality Assurance. "As Duaine takes on a leadership role with Quality Assurance, we have asked Miguel Caraveo to join the Quality and Training Team and to report to Duaine as a Quality Leader," said Alex Dobsky.
