Renowned speaker and networking event returns to Swansea

SWANSEA, Wales - March 22, 2019 - PRLog -- LinkedInLocal Swansea returns for its first networking event of 2019, taking place on April 11th it includes a special guest speaker and a new permanent city centre venue.

2018 saw the launch of LinkedInLocal networking events in Swansea and proved an immediate  hit amongst local business owners and entrepreneurs. With attendances of up to 70 people the sessions are amongst the most popular networking events in the region. The events are designed to encourage a more social and informal approach to networking, allowing attendees to connect with their online network in an offline setting.

With just 3 week to go until the next event being held at the TechHub Cafe on Swansea High Street, over 50 of the 60 tickets have already been sold. Attendees can expect the usual relaxed LinkedInLocal atmosphere with a glass of bubbly on arrival, light buffet, networking hour and a high quality special guest speaker.

LinkedInLocal are welcoming back Mark Pittaccio as their special guest speaker for April 11th. Following his appearance at LinkedInLocal last September the organisers were inundated with requests to get Mark back and they have managed to secure him. Mark Pittaccio is a renowned behavioural economist and highly-sought after keynote speaker. In this talk he will be 'Decoding the science of buyer behaviour'. This is an opportunity for businesses to learn more about consumer behaviour and understand the customer decision making process to increase their sales and optimise their strategies. The benefits will also extend to how businesses can continue to develop long-lasting relationships with customers and clients.

Based in a new venue of the Cafe at TechHub Swansea, a co-working hub in the heart of Swansea city centre, LinkedInLocal will be sponsored by tech startup Business Butler who are also based in the TechHub. They specialise in matching business owners with business experts in a range of fields like Accounting, HR, Insurance, using  web and a mobile app. The aim is to make it easier for SMEs and entrepreneurs connect with professionals that are right for them. Using a smart chatbot, app users will also be able to 'Ask the Butler' for tailored answers to business specific questions from a database of free information.
