San Mateo Business Owners Continue to Collect Industry, Business Awards

SAN MATEO, Calif. - March 19, 2019 - PRLog -- Peggy Milne and Mitch Williams, owners of Home Helpers of San Mateo (https://www.homehelpershomecare.com/sanmateo/home), have received the Leader in Excellence  Award from Home Care Pulse for the fourth year in a row.   They are the only Agency in the Bay Area to receive this honor four years in a row,  The agency also was named an Employer of Choice and Provider of Choice by Homecare Pulse.

Awarded to only the top-ranking home care providers, based on client and caregiver satisfaction scores gathered by Home Care Pulse, Home Helpers of San Matreio ranked among a small handful of in-home care providers across the country who have proven their ability to provide an exceptional working experience to Caregivers, and the highest quality care to clients.

Home Helpers contracted with Home Care Pulse to gather feedback from their clients and Caregivers via live phone interviews each month. Because Home Care Pulse is an independent third-party company, they are able to collect honest and unbiased feedback. Home Helpers of San Mateo  has received the highest satisfaction scores in areas such as professionalism, compassion of Caregivers, training, and client/Caregiver compatibility.

         The husband-and-wife team also collected honors at the Home Helpers National Conference last week in New Orleans.  In appreciation for their and their team's promotion of the highest ideals of Home Helpers and the caring profession, they received the 2019 Brand Champion  Award. This honor recognizes in-home Caregiving professionals who are strong advocates for their industry and the families they serve.

All of this industry attention comes in the wake of Peggy's recognition for community service. She was named Volunteer of the Year by the Half Moon Bay Coastside Chamber of Commerce (https://www.hmbreview.com/news/business-group-recognizes-...) at the chamber's Awards Dinner in January.

Each year, Home Helpers Home Care operators serving local communities across the United States gather at the Annual Conference to share best practices, improve their professional skills and honor the best of in-home care. The 2019 conference was held in New Orleans March 12-14.
