Lisa Larkin of Shamrock Financial Chosen as South Shore Realtors' 2018 Affiliate of the Year

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Nov. 5, 2018 - PRLog -- Shamrock Financial Corporation is pleased to announce that Lisa Larkin has been named the 2018 Affiliate of the Year by the South Shore Realtors.

Based in Massachusetts, South Shore Realtors is a trade organization that offers support, education, lobbying, and adherence to standards for its members. They do this by providing classes and workshops, volunteer opportunities, access to mediators, and networking events designed to promote connections and increase both expertise and accountability. South Shore Realtors is the second largest trade association in the state.

The Affiliate of the Year award is the best acknowledgment that South Shore Realtors can give to an affiliate member. Affiliate members are those professionals who provide services related to the real estate industry. The winner is selected based on a variety of factors, including:

• Participation in organizations, groups, and charities that enhance the social and civic environment of a community
• Engagement in business and educational activities that promote real estate in the region

Lisa Larkin, who is a senior loan officer with Shamrock Financial, is a leading example of what South Shore Realtors looks for in its affiliate members. For example, she has helped launched a Young Professionals' Network, serves as a town meeting representative for Stoughton, and has been the co-chair of the Intergovernmental Relations Committee.
