Cash Practice® Systems Releases a New Payment Processing Feature

SAN DIEGO - May 2, 2018 - PRLog -- Beta testing has now been completed and Cash Practice® Systems has released a much-anticipated update to the Auto-Debit System®.  This new update will make it easy for clients/patients to reprocess a payment that previously declined.

When a payment for scheduled auto-debit declines, instead of the office staff having to ask the patient to make a new payment, this new update will provide a link via email for the patient to Pay Online.

The Pay Online link will then direct the patient to a customize secure online payment portal where they can make the payment and elect to save the card-on-file for the remaining payments as well.

The online payment portal is not a generic page like nearly every other payment system, but able to be custom tailored to the look and feel our users want.   They accomplish this by using their existing CP Online Forms, a customizable Landing Page creator, for hosting the payment portal.
