InOutsource Kicks Off 2018 ILTA Roadshow Series on Business Intelligence for Competitive Advantage

PHILADELPHIA - March 5, 2018 - PRLog -- InOutsource (http://www.inoutsource.com/), an industry-leading global legal consulting firm, will continue its well-received series of educational presentations for the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA). The roadshow, titled "Building Competitive Client Services with Business Intelligence," will expand this year to include Chicago, Denver, and Washington D.C.

The roadshows officially launched in November of 2017, with visits in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia, and New York.

Megan Beauchemin, director of business intelligence and analytics for InOutsource, will explore how to create and deploy a culture of data-driven decision making within a law firm.

"Research from the Association of Corporate Counsel (https://www.law.com/corpcounsel/sites/corpcounsel/2018/02/08/a-third-of-clos-fired-outside-counsel-in-2017-and-that-numbers-set-to-rise/) found that one-third of general counsel fired outside counsel in 2017 for not meeting expectations," said Beauchemin.
