Loeb & Loeb Selects InOutsource to Implement FileTrail

PHILADELPHIA - Nov. 15, 2017 - PRLog -- InOutsource (http://www.inoutsource.com/), an industry-leading global legal consulting firm celebrating its 15th anniversary, today announced that Loeb & Loeb will work with the company to upgrade to FileTrail records management from ARM/FileSurf. InOutsource will lead the implementation process and advise on information governance policies and procedures.

The firm realized the need to have a system in place to support compliance requirements after hearing that ARM/FileSurf would no longer be developed.

As part of the evaluation process, InOutsource quickly produced a FileTrail proof of concept that met the firm's records management requirements. The web-based solution, which integrates with multiple document management solutions and Intapp, offered Loeb & Loeb a modern and flexible technology. New updates and features are released every quarter and included in the cost of maintenance. The solution also provides the ideal platform to transition from paper-based to electronic-based information governance.
