InOutsource to Discuss How Law Firms Gain Competitive Advantages with Business Intelligence

ILTA roadshow series to begin in November, with numerous stops around the country

PHILADELPHIA - Nov. 6, 2017 - PRLog -- InOutsource (http://www.inoutsource.com/), an industry-leading global legal consulting firm celebrating its 15th anniversary, will offer an educational series of presentations in conjunction with the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA).

Megan Beauchemin, director of business intelligence and analytics for InOutsource, will discuss "Building Competitive Client Services with Business Intelligence." The series is open to all law firm professionals interested in making data-driven business decisions.

"Law firms are intrigued by business intelligence, yet often apply it only to the finance-centric portions of their operations. Business intelligence efforts should encompass the entire enterprise – from marketing to operations and beyond. With this intelligence, law firms can quickly identify opportunities to stay proactively competitive and profitable," said Beauchemin.

With more reports stating that in-house counsel are culling their legal resources, law firms are focusing on client services as a competitive differentiator. Tactics such as creating client service teams and leveraging technology to deliver more for less permeate the industry. The point of these activities: Add value and proactively manage the client relationship.

Beauchemin will explore how law firms can use business intelligence technology to hone client services. Areas of discussion include:

·         Why flexible, enterprise BI is the best option when striving to provide innovative client service

·         The mechanics and possibilities for superior client service with BI

·         Creating transparency with embedded analytics, including providing clients with a 360-degree view of all matters and enabling clients to "help themselves" to information

The roadshow kicks off in November in California and includes stops in Illinois, Texas, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, and Colorado. There is no charge to attend, lunch will be provided, and you do not have to be a member of ILTA to participate.
