Participants will have to answer a company survey about their culture and benefits. Employees will have the opportunity to voice their opinions about how they enjoy working for the company in an anonymous and confidential matter resulting in the outcome of the award.

After submitting company surveys, each OSP application is scrutinized, scored and feedback is shared. Company data is analyzed as well as each employee survey by participating companies.
