An impressive carving station features succulent, Vermont turkey alongside corn bread stuffing topped with traditional sage gravy or fig-pinot noir chutney and a bone-in Virginia ham with apricot mustard glaze. Additional entrees include Grilled Mahi Mahi with a mango and cilantro soy glaze, sliced turkey, beef tip pepper steak, and bread stuffing with sage dressing. Selections from the pasta station offer penne or cavatappi pasta with classic tomato basil or roasted garlic alfredo sauce and tempting side dishes include sweet potato gratin, green bean casserole, and home-style garlic whipped potatoes. No Thanksgiving is complete without sweets, so the pastry kitchen will offer traditional pumpkin pie, pecan pie, bread pudding, plus the popular Pheasant Run apple and cherry cobbler skillet station.
