"Half A Million" – The Shins – Heartworms, the first album from the indie giants in five years, came out this past spring. A refreshing new take on their classic sound "Half A Million" is a stand out single and you don't want to miss their upcoming tour. Win two tickets to see the band at Stage AE in Pittsburgh on 8/1.

"Fela Kuti" – Wyclef Jean – The former Fugee is back with a new song, named after the famous Nigerian musician and composer. Wyclef will release The Carnival Vol. III: The Fall & Rise of a Refugee this summer and you can see him at Terminal West in Atlanta on 7/27!

"Blend" – Aldous Harding –  This New Zealand songwriter has an affinity for sparse piano notes and sharp lyrics, and her stage presence only amplifies her intensity. In her new video for "Blend," from her new LP, Party, she pantomimes an homage to a pivotal scene Apocalypse Now, but this time it doesn't end in a riot. She'll play that track and more from Party at Kilby Court on 7/28 and Biltmore Cabaret on 7/31 – enter to win tickets!

"Cadmium" – Pinegrove – A year after they released the incredible Cardinal, Pinegrove continue to sell out city after city with their fists-in-the-air, heart-on-your-sleeve shows. In between the deep cuts and yet-to-be-released new material, you can hear "Cadmium" at the Biltmore on 8/2.

"High Ticket Attractions" – The New Pornographers – The legendary Canadian supergroup are back with a new album, Whiteout Conditions. You can hear this addictive piece of power pop from A.C. Newman & co. in Connecticut on 7/27 at College Street Music Hall or in St. Louis on 8/13 at Delmar Hall – enter to win tickets!

"Blood Under My Belt" – The Drums – This jangle pop heartbreaker comes from The Drums newest record, Abysmal Thoughts, out now on Anti- Records. We've got a pair of free tickets to see them in Detroit on 7/31 at El Club or in Cleveland on 8/4 at Grog Shop.
