BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio - June 25, 2017 - PRLog -- One of the area's most beloved rock bands, Glostik Willy, celebrates their third year anniversary of Willy Fest Music Festival -- this year however, the band has decided to change the name of the event to Willy Town Music Festival. The event will be held at Zane Shawnee Caverns in Bellefontaine, OH over the weekend of July 7th through the 9th, 2017 with the band Green Jellÿ kicking off the event Thursday night, July 6th at Early Bird. The Caverns provides rolling hills, canopy-covered campsites, large wooded areas, open areas for Tent City, including electric/water hookups for RV's. It is the perfect setting for camping, music, and fun for hundreds of music lovers and their families over the July weekend.

Founding member Jameson Bradford explains the importance of this milestone: "We found a new home for our festival and in keeping with our music community Willy Town fits the theme. We are happy to be at The Caverns and celebrating our third year."

The festivities include 3 days of live music from bands, such as Glostik Willy, comdey rock artists Green Jellÿ, Ohio favorite ekoostik Hookah, our friends Jahman Brahman, Subterranean, Conscious Pilot, Zane and the Sway and many more. The headliner and namesake Glostik Willy is planning 3 sets themselves, including two with members of ekoostik hookah in ekoostik willy.

Glostik will also debut some of their new material that is fresh off of their coast to coast tour this past spring and festival goers will enjoy food and retail vending, workshops, yoga, live art and two-stages of music, cavern tours and camping for the whole family.

Willy Town will also feature FlowPoetry (aka Adam Gregory Pergament) on the main stage as host and performer. Fresh off an extended US national tour, FlowPoetry is the originator of a jam-based approach to spoken word that incorporates stories and poems about the American music festival experience.

General admission tickets are available at $60 for two days of music and camping, from Friday July 7th through Sunday July 9th. Tickets at that price range are limited, and incrementally go up in price as the tiers sell out, maxing out at $80 at the gate. Admission includes parking, and camping in Tent City. There is a "camp by car" upgrade available, camping passes for canopy covered sites as well as RV with electric and water and backstage camping options. Gates open at 4PM Thursday, July 6.

Celebrating at Willy Town with iconic original bands is the perfect way to top out your summer festival season and make the most the week of July 4th!  The goal of Willy Town is to showcase bands that are fresh to the area and share in our mission to bring kind people together in one place", said Bradford.."Willy Town is a place to celebrate community through the love of music, art and life."

Make sure to get your ticket early, to ensure your spot and the best value!  We are encouraging vendors to participate and apply online through June 30th on the website. Visit http://www.willytown.net for tickets and more info.
