By: CERTON CERTON also developed the 3T Labview software that runs the ATE, which consists of a 19" by 24U server rack unit mounted on casters for mobility and ease of use around the factory floor. On top of the cabinet there is a 23" Dell Professional, FULL HD LED Backlit, 178 degree viewing angle, anti-glare, in-plane switching (IPS) monitor with full adjustability stand and a Keysight Technologies E-Cal module for use in calibrating the network analyzer before each test. Inside the cabinet, there is a rack-mounted Keysight E5061B-235 network analyzer that will be controlled via General Purpose Interface Bus (GPIB) from a desktop form-factor PC. This PC is mounted on a 3U shelf above the network analyzer and it includes a PCI-e Serial port. Above the network analyzer, there is a keyboard with an integrated touchpad mounted in a 1U slide-out shelf assembly and two Keysight 6633B power supplies connected to the PC via GPIB.
