NEW YORK - Nov. 15, 2016 - PRLog -- Duane Cash founded ThynkWare Innovation, Inc. in 2015 to revolutionize how computing should be done. ThynkWare provides communication or an interface layer between our gadgets and our minds. The innovation translates brainwave patterns into actions and words. Now, anyone has the power to control their televisions, smart homes, electronics, smartphones, motorized vehicles, robots, clothing and plants.

The firm targets a wide variety of users who want to utilize their thoughts in operating their consumer devices. ThynkWare does not have a competition in this space since it possesses the intellectual property (IP) for thought translation.

Presently, headset makers like Epoc, Melon, Neurosky, and Muse can produce headsets that can facilitate the technology of ThynkWare, by reading electroencephalogram( EEG). However, these headset makers can only provide a way of reading brainwaves. ThynkWare, on the other hand, not only can read the brainwaves, but translates these to words or actions. There's a big possibility in the future that these brainwave reading firms will be ThynkWare's clients as the latter plans to widen their offerings to meet more sophisticated demands.

Their patent pending for a "Mind-Controlled Virtual Assistant on a Smartphone Device" (Publication No. US20150045007 A1), puts infringers at bay. As of 27 February 2016, the patent is in its final examination by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. In the next few months, the patent could potentially be granted.

The patent pending also allows ThynkWare to have the upper edge in creating innovations that can be combined with electronics produced by big time companies such as Microsoft, Samsung, Google, and Apple.

One of the firm's innovation products, ThynkWare Speech is currently in its initial stage of development. The innovation aims to help individuals with enduring speech challenges caused by autism, strokes, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and all other sickness that impact on communication.

Aside from ThynkSpeech, the firm has lined up a variety of products for development: ThynkBot, ThynkWare MindCall, ThynkWare TV, ThynkWare Assistant, ThynkWare Home, ThynkWare Office, ThynkWare Outbound Telepathy, ThynkWare Car and ThynkWare Envision (Augmented Reality Wearable).

ThynkWare Innovation, Inc. offices are in McKinney, Texas which is very near the hub of a growing technology and financial movement around Plano and Frisco, Texas.

The company is seeking a minimum $100 million in funding, which can be equity, debt financing or a combination of both.

This capital will be used to employ the needed manpower such as developers, designers, management, and engineers;  purchase the needed hardware to be fully operational; and scale on the global front.

Within 8 to 10 years, ThynkWare expects to exit by giving out dividends of excess profits. A large scale initial public offering (IPO) is in the firm's plan, which can potentially increase 9x the investor's return on investment.

For a minimum $100 million investment, the lead investor will acquire a 15% equity stake in Thynkware. Additionally, investor's primary business sector could benefit from the innovation since it could become an offering to influence deals in consumer technology, business, and real estate.

By 4th year, the firm estimates a $120 million revenues in a year. After 5 to 7 years from the time of initial funding, the investors could expect a 30% return on investment.

Detailed financial plan and market projections will be released to interested parties.
