The Hub is established as a neutral, globally recognized platform for resolving cross-border business, trade, finance, energy, property, cyber, film, and medical disputes. It will operate under UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and the New York Convention (1958), ensuring enforceable awards in over 170 countries.
