LONDON - Aug. 5, 2016 - PRLog -- TrafficMonsoon website shutdown today after Receiver appointed by SEC orders Snoork Hosting to switch off the server.

The Securities and Exchange Commission  announced on the 28th of July that it has obtained an asset freeze against the operator of a Utah-based international Ponzi scheme that raised more than $207 million from investors worldwide, primarily in the U.S., India and Russia.

Owner of Ponzi Scheme, Charles Scoville announced this morning on Facebook he had no idea why his website was down, but it has since been determined that the Receiver has shutdown the website and server as all assets of TrafficMonsoon and Charles Scoville have been frozen.

The official Receiver appointed in this case notified Charles Scoville on the 4th of August that the site was being shutdown by midnight EST on the 5th of August 2016. Charles Scoville has since admitted he knew about the website being shutdown, but did not want to alarm his site members.
