Celebrate National Dance Day in Las Vegas and Help Hero School

Darnell Dance Works is kicking off its "Move, Groove & Give" series by offering two classes on July 30 to benefit Hero School. Denise Darnell will teach classes along with Frit and Frat Fuller. Saturday, July 30 is National Dance Day.

LAS VEGAS - July 29, 2016 - PRLog -- Celebrate National Dance Day and give back to a Nevada non profit at Darnell Dance Works, 7340 S. Eastern Ave., in Body Fitness Fusion on Saturday.


Contemporary dance, 2 p.m.: Focus on storytelling through movement with this blend of ballet, lyrical and modern. This class is for dancers of all ages and skill levels who are heart-driven and passionate about movement and meaning.

African burn, 3 p.m.: Join us for this high-energy , high impact dance class with a mix of dynamic dance move and flavor of West Africa. With live drumming as accompaniment. This class will get your heart pumping and your body jumping.

Darnell Dance Works' artistic director Denise Darnell will teach classes with Frit and Frat Fuller, the artistic directors for the Los Angeles-based KIN Dance Company.

Suggested minimum donation is $10 per class to benefit Hero School Initiatives, which uses movies, math and mastery to help struggling Nevadans become earners, learners and community contributors.
