The Chef Cooperatives, a community of local chefs and farms dedicated to promoting local farmers through the use of fresh, local and sustainable products, will provide a three-part chef series. The chefs participating will demonstrate how to grill farm fresh meats and vegetables purchased from Trinity Market's Koch Ranches, 9-1 Farms, and 3G Farms. The grilling lineup includes: • Chef Tyler Horstmann at 10 a.m. • Chef Tobias Soto at 11 a.m. • Chef Stephen Paprocki at noon Come see the chefs grilling meat and farm fresh veggies! Get free samples! The Market will be a perfect place to celebrate Independence weekend and engage in the summer grilling tradition. During your visit to the market be sure to sign up for the raffle @ the info booth. The raffle prize features over $100 of grilling supplies from Jeff's Backyard. It will be a big win for your July 4th weekend grilling activities! Ragels Ziegenhof Farms joins the Trinity Market! A small farm in New Braunfels, TX, Ragels Ziegenhof Farms will be offering goat cheese, chicken and duck eggs as well as handmade body and bath products. The Trinity Market also welcomes Poppi and Sons, LLC! Poppi and Sons will provide patrons with top quality, fresh Paleo baked good and coffee. Come taste their Paleo carrot cupcakes!
