Trinity University Market Celebrates Annual Committed Market Vendors

SAN ANTONIO - May 27, 2016 - PRLog -- On Saturday, May 28, The Trinity Market will celebrate its partnerships with annual committed Market vendors. The event will showcase our committed partnerships with 3G Farms, 9-1 Farms, Cocina Heritage, Funderkandles, Katie's Jar, Koch Ranches, PAWsitively Sweet Bakery, Revolucion Coffee + Juice and Umamita.

3G Farms and 9-1 Farms, both located in Devine, Texas, harvest crops consisting of fruits, vegetables and herbs. 3G Farms offers a variety of potatoes, bell peppers, cabbage and beets for patrons seeking fresh, locally grown food options. 9-1 Farms' colorful assortment includes purple carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, radishes, and okra.

For prepared foods, the dynamic sister duo of Cocina Heritage serve regional Mexican food made from original recipes passed down for generations, while Umamita organic food truck creates green, local, and internationally influenced cuisine to the Trinity Market! Through the sharing of their homemade entrees, Cocina Heritage adds true Mexican flavor to The Market and Umamita draws in patrons with new-age flavors from around the world.

Our sole meat vendor, Koch Ranches, produces lean, grass-fed meat including beef, lamb, goat, and sausage. Koch Ranches isn't limited to selling nutritional meat options, but also educates patrons on ranching the way Mother Nature intended.

After shopping for fresh produce, meat, and grabbing breakfast, marketeers can grab a warm coffee or cold pressed juice from Revolucion Coffee + Juice. Revolucion Coffee + Juice brings a fresh take on juice that will make any shopper want to drink their way to wellness.

As a dog-friendly Market, Katie's Jar and PAWsititively Sweet Bakerymeet all the needs of furry friends.  Katie's Jar provides all natural, preservative free dog treats. PAWsitively Sweet Bakery specializes in nutrient-rich dog treats, snacks, and chews. After testing out a free sample, it's apparent that these dog treats and snacks are puppy-approved!

Before shoppers depart, Funderkandles offers family-made candles in a wide variety of Texas-inspired scents. Shoppers can enjoy a friendly conversation and a delicious candle to warm up any home.
