Trinity University Market Jumps into June

SAN ANTONIO - June 2, 2016 - PRLog -- On Saturday, June 4, The Trinity Market will jump into June with fitness and wellness activities for every age! The event will showcase our continued community partnerships featuring Energy X Fitness and 5 Points Local.

A free Cross Fit class will be given by Energy X Fitness at 10 a.m. Squash your Saturday plans and come get pumped with a fun fitness demonstration for all levels!

5 Points Local will provide a donation-based yoga class at 11 a.m. The meditative Vinyasa class is designed for all ages and all ability levels, even those who are brand new to yoga. 5 Points Local's Sam Sloan aims to teach basic yoga poses in a relaxed and fun environment - come flow with us!

The Trinity Market also offers kid-friendly activities perfect for every marketeer! Stop by the information booth for nutrition education worksheets and mindfulness coloring sheets to keep your kids entertained. Sidewalk chalk is available to keep the creativity flowing and beanbag toss is perfect to get little ones moving.
