TAMPA, Fla. - May 9, 2016 - PRLog -- Pro-Tools is a leader in metal manufacturing equipment. They are announcing their recent restructuring for growth. They are fusing a new and improved approach technique in retailing and manufacturing metal fabrication equipment and raised the bar for their waterjet and CNC-machining services for Tampa Bay clients.

Pro-Tools streamlined product and operation procedures at their headquarters in Tampa, Florida.  The company has been in operation for thirty years as an industry leader with expertise in manufacturing and retailing premium, USA-made tube and pipe benders, bead rollers, tube and pipe notchers, and other metal fabrication products.

They recently purchased new shop equipment, restructured their work philosophy, and reevaluated their pricing structure. The recent changes in their industry pair with newly instituted technical training programs for their staff to bring everyone on their team up to speed with current industry standards and trends.

Production flow was completely reinvented with lean-manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency.

"As a result, we have improved the quality of our products while decreasing the time to make them which allows us to charge our customers an affordable price for the highest-quality tools in our niche," said Tyler Mullen.

Pro-Tools combines the latest industry technology with the skilled hands of expert machinists and fabricators to maintain USA-made quality while many of their competitors have gone off shore.

"We focus on craftsmanship- that is our claim to fame," Said Jim Ward one of the experts at Pro-Tools.

They build their tools to last for generations. This makes their brand solid and gives them an edge over their competitors. Many modern day manufacturers design tools that break in a few years, and Pro-Tools does not believe in that. They want customer satisfaction even after they make the sale.

"Our customer service remains best-in-class before, during, and after the sale. We realize that the equipment we sell is highly technical, and we are happy to share our knowledge any metal fabricator, regardless of whose tools they own," said Tyler.

Inside the shop, their machining department houses a waterjet, CNC mills, CNC lathes, a CNC saw, die grinders, drill presses, and cold saws. They make a large variety of parts for local clients, mostly fabricators and small business who need a run of parts. Many of their customers are in the car racing industry, so they receive many orders for roll cages, safety cages, and then there is everything else: rails for boats, handrails for stairs, tubing for gates, and so on.  In addition to their local clients the company supplies tools to a large national market in the metal fabrication industry.

They can reverse engineer parts or help clients with the design if they do not have their drawings. Their award winning machinist is known for creating drawings quickly and accurately- clients often say he is faster than anyone else in their experience.
