AJS Realty Group Appoints New Senior Associate

NAPLES, Fla. - April 25, 2016 - PRLog -- AJS Realty Group, Inc. announces the addition of Naples native Jeff Clapper to their team. Clapper has been appointed the group's Senior Associate of Sales and Leasing. Clapper will be involved in all facets of commercial real estate services at AJS, including property management, investment sales, leasing and tenant representation.

Before joining AJS, Clapper served as the Leasing & Acquisitions Manager for SW Florida for Courtelis Company, an owner/developer of shopping centers. Most recently, he was Senior Associate at the Naples office of Equity, Inc., a full service brokerage firm based in Ohio.

Clapper brings extensive experience in retail, medical and office leasing, as well as property management and sales and acquisitions of investment properties. He is well versed in working with a variety of client types, from local investors, tenants and owners to national retailers, large institutions and REITs. He has been a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers since 2008.

Clapper's experience includes extensive involvement in downtown Naples, having represented the largest landowner on 5^th Avenue South from 2009 to 2015.  He also served on boards for both the City of Naples and the Downtown Naples Association. He is an active member of Rotary International, a past president of the Naples North Rotary Club and serves on its Board of Directors.
