His mother, Hellen Bushard, pleads, "If anyone has information that can help find my son, no matter how insignificant, please contact police and you may request to remain anonymous." She further adds, "Dennis is loved and missed very much. I feel I am living a nightmare in not knowing where my child is and if he's safe. Please help find my son."
Karen Ranoni, Media Spokesperson for LostNMissing says, "Mr. Njoroge speaks multiple languages from English to Swahili, Kikuyu, and a little Spanish. He is right-handed, stands 5'7", black short dreadlocks, and brown eyes with a thin build. He also has a dimple on his right cheek and wears a thin mustache. Unique in that both ears are pierced in the lobes with small bronze "ball" earrings."
Ranoni continues, "It is unknown if Dennis is carrying his cell phone still and we ask if anyone has found a gold colored IPhone 6, to please turn it over to authorities along with a description of where found to aid in the investigation. Police determined his phone last pinged near the MIT Campus but it is unknown if Njoroge accompanied his cell phone. If someone believes they see Njoroge, we ask if you can try to snap a photo on your own cell phone to bookmark the location, and call police."
The family has a GoFundMe page to help with costs and travel with their search. https://www.gofundme.com/
Clear Channel Communications will be adding digital billboards in the Boston area. A Facebook Page is also managed by friends and family at https://www.facebook.com/
Any person with information about Mr. Njoroge’s possible whereabouts should contact the Northeastern University Police Department, Detective Regina Coppa at 617-373-4880, Boston Police at 617-343-4633, or your local police. Case # 15-2017
