The family has turned to LostNMissing Inc to help bring awareness to help locate Harris.
LostNMissing, Inc, a nonprofit that assists families of missing, has started a Facebook page for Harris titled "Missing Kenneth Eugene Harris" and hopes the public will share the information to help bring awareness towards finding him.
Cynthia Caron, nonprofit founder, says, "because his cell phone was found by a woman near Skid Row, it's very possible somehow he is in one of the homeless encampments."
