CENTENNIAL, Colo. - Sept. 28, 2015 - PRLog -- “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.” Albert Einstein

If you’ve had enough of feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, or feeling “off,” we invite you to join us October 3rd for our monthly Self-Healing Qigong Workshop. Come learn a few tips and tricks to shortcut back to the truer, calmer you.

Qigong is a system of self-healing and health maintenance that’s been around for thousands of years. Qigong improves your daily quality of life by reinforcing the mind-body connection. It brings you back into your body just like acupuncture does, but you do it for yourself and have access 24/7. Like acupuncture, it can be transformational.

The physical movements of qigong align with nature – the physical forces of gravity and centrifugal force and expansion and contraction – making them so easy to learn. Once you understand these principles you’ll see how applicable they are to daily activity. Sitting, hiking, skiing, playing tennis or golf, carrying groceries, standing in line, waiting at a red light take on a new dimension that has the triple effect of making these movements more functional, clearing your mind of chatter, and relaxing useless muscle tension.

Rebound from injuries more quickly and completely and if you want to go deeper, free yourself of blockages that keep you from being the best you want to be, inside and out.

Navigating wisely through life’s ups and downs is a good feeling, and qigong brings you there. Don’t let stress steal enjoyment from your life. Reclaim the clarity you innately possess. Fine-tune your intuition and become more decisive about what’s right for you, avoiding the pitfalls.

As mentioned, the internal arts have been around for millennia and were developed by the Taoists to help the individual attain and maintain a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Our method of teaching is to impart to you this classic knowledge, learned from lineage-holders, unembellished or rebranded.

Licensed acupuncture physician Carol Braverman will teach the October 3rd class. Becoming an acupuncture physician was, for her, the logical next step after years of immersion in the internal arts.
