(www.appetals.com) has released Warrantyist for Android and iOS, a full-featured mobile application for users to store the warranty, licenses and AMC details of their mobiles, appliances and equipment. The app is available for free and users can try all features for free for a limited time.

Warrantyist allows users to create a readily available mobile repository of vital warranty documents, software license details, annual maintenance contracts and other documents. It automatically tracks the expiry and adds the renewal notifications into the calendar. It enables users to store service provider contact details, use the in-app calling feature, scan and share documents and notes. The offline mode permits users to access records even when there is no network available.

With this release, Appetals is experimenting with a new way to store and manage warranties, licenses and AMCs to prevent monetary loss and operational hassles. Warrantyist for Android and iOS is free to use until 31st March 2015. After that, users can continue to access and edit all existing records. However, to add additional records and get the benefit of additional features, users will have to buy a subscription.
