Perfion is set for the Future with New Investor

ATLANTA - July 6, 2015 - PRLog -- Today, the group of owners is larger and a professional board has been established. The directions in the growth plan are clear. The management consists of both new and familiar faces. In the past, Perfion had two owners - Mogens Würgler (former chairman) and Dick Brunebjerg (founder and CEO) – Now, Jesper B. Rasmussen has come aboard as an investor.

Investor Jesper B. Rasmussen has 40 years’ experience in the software and electronics industry. He is contributing with both business competencies and funds plus an extensive knowledge of internationalization processes and management of software growth companies.

New Chairman Kim Nielsen

The three shareholders have - as part of the strategy - decided to establish a professional board with Kim Nielsen as chairman. Kim Nielsen has a background as a consultant, board member and CEO of a number of software and ERP companies, including his own companies.”
