Brides Against Breast Cancer (BABC) is a non-profit organization that contributes to programs for cancer patients and their families. The BABC brings the "Nationwide Tour of Gowns" bridal shows to over 100 cities annually across the United States.

The revenue generated at gown shows and events helps ensure that thousands of children and adults impacted by cancer have the support and education they need. Proceeds from the gown sales help fund the Health Support Network, which provides free online education, networking, and support programs for patients, families and caregivers impacted by cancer. Gowns are generally priced between $75 and $1800, with the average price being $600. BABC also runs a permanent bridal boutique in Sarasota, Florida offering hundreds of wedding gowns in various styles and sizes from 4 – 22. Since January, 2013, total viewership for BABC events tops 230 million.
