STAMFORD, Conn. - March 25, 2015 - PRLog -- WorldQuest, the World Affairs Forum's signature event, will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at the Italian Center in Stamford. Cocktails and dinner start the evening, and the fun begins with tables competing for 'medals' by correctly answering questions on current events and international affairs. The theme will be “A Night at the World’s Fair” and David Smith, host of Cablevision's "Meet The Leaders", will serve as Game Master.

A highlight of the evening will be the raffle drawing. First prize is a $1,500 Prepaid MasterCard gift card; second prize will be the same in the amount of $500. There will also be many other raffle prizes, a silent auction and lots of fun.  WorldQuest proceeds support the programs of the World Affairs Forum.

The cost of the evening is $100, which includes dinner, open bar and the game. The festivities get underway at 6 pm.  Everyone is invited to join in and we’ll organize the teams of 10, or you can put together your own team of friends and “go for the gold”.

Reservation deadline is April 2, 2015.  Just phone the Forum office at 203-356-0340 to make your reservations or to obtain additional information.

Raffle tickets for the MasterCard gift cards can be purchased for $20 each from the World Affairs Forum (203-356-0340). You need not be present to win.

The World Affairs Forum is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to expanding understanding of global affairs and America’s role in the world. The Forum is an affiliate of the World Affairs Councils of America.
