TechBiz Connection Forum Addresses State of the Art in Virtual Reality

IRVINE, Calif. - Jan. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- TechBiz Connection will host an interactive discussion and presentation on the current state of the art in virtual reality, featuring industry expert Tyler Spring of EON Reality, on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the law offices of Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear in Irvine.

Prior to joining EON Reality, Mr. Spring was managing director of Roshi Consulting, a boutique-consulting firm, where he facilitated the design, implementation and acceleration of financial strategies and organizations across the industrial, technology and manufacturing sectors.

In addition, Mr. Spring provided M&A advisory services to a variety of private equity firms, on both the buy and sell side, shepherding due diligence and financing teams on dozens of global acquisition ranging in size from $75M to $1,200M. Prior to Roshi, he was chief financial and chief operating officer of Spotlight Health, Inc. where he was responsible for the turn-around, growth and sale of the health-care centric consulting company to a public company CRO. Before joining Spotlight, Mr. Spring was the leading financial officer in global CES firms including Dovatron, MGV and Sanmina. He also spent six years working for Bank America and Citi.
