Workshop to Discuss How to Use Visualization for Career Success

PHOENIX - Jan. 7, 2015 - PRLog -- With a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arizona, and former owner of a successful staffing company, Pam Heward has helped over 2,500 individuals in career transition. On January 24th, from 10 am to 2 pm, Heward and her company, Box Free Minds, will be presenting a Vision Board Workshop at the Offices of Waddell & Reed, 7001 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 2035, in Scottsdale. The event will discuss how to use visualization and emotion to achieve career and other goals in the New Year.

According to Heward, “A vision board displays images that represent what you want to be, or want to have in your life. Visualization is an amazing tool that has been used by athletes for decades to help them improve their performance. We now know that anyone can use this exercise to make their goals a reality.”
