Adams Homes hosts Realtor Lunch & Learn
By: Adams Homes
Production Manager, David Cowart lead the tours, demonstrating the various components of construction of a brick home, including hurricane tie downs, installation of doors and windows, termite prevention with the use of Boracare and Pest Tubes, how the brick ledges support the brick and the great energy efficiency of the wood framing with R-13 wall insulation and R-30 installed in the attic.
After each tour, the realtors gathered together at the Adams Homes existing model in Palm Coast and enjoyed a gourmet lunch provided by Shelter Mortgage. The event provided our on-site sales associates, Becky Embry and Cindy Hakanen the opportunity to answer questions. This was a well-received event for all who attended and the Adams Homes’ Daytona division is looking forward to the next realtor lunch and learn in Heritage Place this month.
Diana Garcia, local real estate professional, had this to say about the event, “I enjoyed learning more in depth the process of the Adams Homes construction. Sometimes customers ask and I did not have the knowledge to give them an insight, now I feel more confident and this contributes to my professional development as well.”
