Adtec MicroPlaSter at Medica 2014

Currently, we are preparing for the final stage towards Medical Device Approval for the MicroPlaSter, so by the time Medica starts, it will hopefully be a fully licensed medical device that can be used to treat patients throughout the EU.

For the best part of a decade, Adtec has been passionate about plasma medicine research, specifically, investigating wound treatment applications for non-thermal atmospheric plasma. Our MicroPlaSter product has undergone 7 years of extensive clinical testing in cooperation with the Max Planck Institute Germany. The results demonstrate not just its efficacy as an anti-microbial in treating wounds and infections, but also that it is completely painless and does not cause side effects.
