Savage-based Commercial Remodeling Company Builds Largest Sub-Zero/Wolf Living Kitchen Display in MN

SAINT PAUL, Minn. - July 22, 2014 - PRLog -- Titus Contracting, based in Savage, Minn., recently built and installed the largest Sub-Zero and Wolf living kitchen display in the entire state of Minnesota for ALL Inc.

As one of the leading bath and kitchen distributers in the Midwest, ALL Inc. sells appliances, fixtures and more to homeowners and builders in the area. They have a showroom that is located in St Paul.

ALL Inc.’s showroom was recently remodeled by Titus Contracting. The new showroom features Sub-Zero and Wolf products, and the showroom is known as a “living kitchen.” This means the display is completely interactive so customers can try out all of the appliances. There are 14 different appliance settings, and there is staff on hand to answer questions.

“We here at Titus Contracting were really happy that ALL Inc. chose us to build their new living kitchen display,” says Lee Lawrence, owner of Titus Contracting. “Working with them has been great, and we are really excited about the end result!”

The work for ALL Inc. began when the 2200-square-foot warehouse was subdivided and new walls were framed, built and painted. Titus Contracting took care of all of the specialty construction and managed the additional electrical wiring and the installation of the new HVAC equipment that was put in to support all of the new showroom upgrades.

After that work was done, the new living kitchen display was installed. The new appliances, countertops and cabinets were also installed to complete the project.

Wolf is a leader in the kitchen appliance industry. With more than 80 years of experience, the company is known for their built-in ovens and dual fuel ranges. Sub-Zero specializes in manufacturing refrigerating and freezing appliances and has been in business since the 1940s.
