Fosdick Fulfillment Promotes Rusate to Director of Contact Center Operations

Rusate, who started with the company in 2009 as Customer Service Manager, has spearheaded efforts to ensure major clients in the direct response industry achieve profitability through customer service initiatives.

While there he was involved with the company's call center, client services, and information technology, learning all aspects of the industry, before becoming Director of Call Center Operations in 2001. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
