HIGH WYCOMBE, U.K. - May 21, 2014 - PRLog -- World War I, also known as “The Great War”, the first modern industrialised war, broke out in 1914, exactly 100 years ago this year.  This anniversary is being marked by a variety of national and international commemorations, as well as being the inspiration for many educational projects and events.  Answers 2000 has decided to mark World War I with the release of a free bingo game themed around the subject.  The World War I bingo game can be downloaded, printed and used absolutely free of charge, and is ideal for use in any type of World War I themed event, including community, church, Sunday school, home school, and school events.

All the materials within the World War I bingo game package were prepared using Answers 2000’s Bingo Card Printer software. Included within the World War I bingo package, are bingo cards (also known as “bingo boards” or “bingo worksheets”) that have been pre-printed with words and phrases related to the Great War.  The package also includes a call sheet for use by the bingo caller.  All the materials within the package are all provided in PDF format, which makes it easy to view or print them. Also within the download is the settings file that was used to prepare the game materials using the Bingo Card Printer software – this file can be opened in the Bingo Card Printer software, allowing users to customize the content and appearance (including words/phrases, colors, fonts, etc.) of their World War I bingo cards before printing.
