"FREE" Heating Oil Tank Removal by New Jersey Environmental Experts Offered For a Limited Time !

Property owners in Ocean, Middlesex, Somerset and Monmouth Counties will be offered free oil tank removal up to 550 gallons until March 30, 2014. This offer is valid for all tank removals that are completed with extra cost remediation services.
 
BOUND BROOK, N.J. - Feb. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- Remediation of a leaking oil tank can be expensive. Environmental Systems will remove any oil tank up to 550 gallons for "FREE" until March 30, 2014. This service also requires participation in the NJDEP Home Oil Tank Grant Program and the tank has to be classified as a leaking tank prior to removal. This offer is only valid if Environmental Systems completes extra cost ( to be billed to property owner)soil and ground water remediation services as part of a leaking oil tank clean-up remediation. The property owner will be responsible for all fees including Municipal permit fees, NJDEP fees, oil tank pump out, demolition fees for oil tanks located under concrete, asphalt and woood deck structures..The property owner will be resposnible for payment of all remediation costs including excavation of contaminated soils, soil and ground water testing, soil disposal, soil delineation, backfill materials, project managemt and all services necessary to recieve a New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection' No Further Action" letter. This offer is only valid if the property owner/responsible party contracts with Environmental Systems to complete  soil or ground water remediation services.
