PRLog -- In the last few months the NJDEP has been issuing "Notice Of Violation" and" Offer of Settlement" letters to property owners who failed to comply with the NJDEP's remediation regulatory and statutory regulations regarding timeframes and compliance to the NJDEP's "Direct Oversite". This NJDEP letter also has proposed settlement requirements and fines. Non Compliance to the NJDEP letter could also trigger additional fines exceeding $ 25,000 per day. Most these letter are also for other issues of non compliance to Site Remediation Reform Act, N.J.S.A. 7;26C-3.3(a)
