CRH Healthcare Acquires Leading South Atlanta Urgent Care Operator

FAYETTEVILLE, Ga. - Feb. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Fayetteville, Georgia/ January 31, 2014 – CRH Healthcare, a quality- and patient-focused operator of urgent care centers in Alabama and Georgia recently acquired the assets of two centers, Peachtree Immediate Care & Occupational Medicine in Fayetteville and The “ER” Alternative in La Grange, from Dr. Martha (Vicky) Schuh.  Dr. Schuh will continue to lead the practices at both centers, while CRH Healthcare and Debbie Mann, who was previously the head of operations for both centers, will manage the practice’s non-clinical operations. The acquisition is part of CRH Healthcare’s regional growth strategy, which is part of a broader southeastern strategy that also includes three centers in Huntsville, AL operated under the Urgent Medcare brand.

Both centers provide walk-in medical care and occupational health services seven-days-a-week, and while the name of both facilities will be rebranded to Peachtree Immediate Care, the physicians, providers, and staff will continue to provide the same quality services to the Fayetteville and La Grange communities that their “Get in. Get out. Get Better.™” tag-line implies. In addition to the very capable staff, the center has lab and x-ray capabilities onsite, allowing patients to be seen for nearly all non-life threatening medical issues without the long wait or high costs of an emergency room. As the leading urgent care center in both communities, and as, the centers provide a convenient alternative to emergency rooms and urgent care options in the area.
