AlexanderG Public Relations in Kansas City Welcomes Assistant Account Executive

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Jan. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- AlexanderG Public Relations named Malena Whetro as its new assistant account executive. Whetro will serve an integral role assisting the team with multiple accounts.

The Kansas City-based public relations firm made the addition following its recent company expansion, including a new office location at 751 East 63rd Street, Suite 213 in Brookside.

Whetro is a recent graduate of Iowa State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations with areas of concentration in psychology and sociology. Her latest accomplishments include assisting in securing media coverage in top-tier media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes.com and CNBC/Yahoo! Finance during her internship at Front Flip, a Kansas City mobile marketing company.

Whetro will work closely with Greenwood on various social media and public relations strategies. She joins Assistant Account Executive Noah Smith, who signed on with the firm in August 2013.
