Managing Editors Named by Lighthouse Publishing of the Carolinas

RALEIGH, N.C. - Jan. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- (Raleigh NC) Eddie Jones, founder of Lighthouse Publishing of the Carolinas (LPC), announced this week the appointment of managing editors for two more of the seven new imprints the Raleigh, NC, publisher is bringing to the marketplace.  One of the nation’s fastest-growing publishers, LPC has focused on creating new outlets for emerging and established authors.

         Eva Marie Everson, who lives in Central Florida, has been appointed Acquisitions and Managing Editor of Firefly Southern Fiction, which will publish stories set in the contemporary and historical American South.  Mrs. Everson is a best-selling author and has won multiple awards for her works of Southern Fiction.  She is the president of Word Weavers International, Inc.          LPC’s devotional imprint, Sonrise Devotionals, will publish inspirational writings by Christian authors.  Cindy Sproles, of Kingsport, TN, has been appointed Acquisitions and Managing Editor for this imprint.  Mrs. Sproles is a teacher and author who speaks nationwide at Christian writer’s conferences and retreats. She is Executive Editor of www.christiandevotions.us.  As the author of three devotional books and one novel, Mrs. Sproles understands what it takes to make a successful non-fiction manuscript.  She founded and directs the Writers ADVANCE! Boot Camp Conference, which specializes in guiding and refining both new and seasoned writers in their careers.
