A Candid Interview With The Founder of Tech Wizard Solutions Bradly Jones

Jan. 19, 2014 - PRLog -- Question: What made you create a company that offers services that so many other big name companies already offer?

Answer: Well to be honest with you, the fact that there are so many big names out there is what really inspired me to come up with Tech Wizard Solutions and offer what we offer. I mean with so many choices how does the regular person know what to choose?

Question: What made you decide on the services you offer and the companies that supply them?

Answer: I've been in the computer field for over 25 years now. I see so many of these so called review sites, comparison sites, and have heard every reason from Mecury to Pluto on why a particular antivirus program is the best and why a certain online backup company is better than another. The truth is that unless you have actually been in the real world removing viruses and helping others with all of the different online backup programs they have installed you can't possibly know what is best and offers the most. The services that Tech Wizard Solutions Offer are the best in the industry and I know this because I've seen just about all of them up close and personal in the real world and I have seen the results of what they do or don't do.

Question: You've recently started offering Lifetime services like online backup and antivirus protection. Won't that put you out of business? I mean how can you grow if you only get paid once?

Answer: <Laugh> Well I can see how you would think that, let me tell you some others around me thought the same thing. It wasn't easy getting it accepted. The truth is there are over 6 billion people out there. Why should I or anyone else for that matter target 100 of them and attempt to keep a business going by making them pay me every month or every year for the privilege of using my services? If people want to pay monthly or yearly we have that available but the lifetime services just make more sense to me as a consumer.

Question: Where do you see the computer industry and Tech Wizard Solutions in the future?

Answer: The computer industry has been changing since day one. It is going to continue to change. I think there is going to be a day in the not to distant future where the word computer is going to be a nostalgic word and hand held devices like tablets and smart T.V.'s, even eyeglasses all working off of the cloud are going to be the way of the world. The problem is that there are always going to be those that figure out ways to manipulate our common technology and threaten us. Tech Wizard Solutions is going to continue to change with the tech industry and offer the help and the services that are going to make people safer and keep them happy that is what we do now and what we'll continue to do.
