Qube Cinema Adds Support for Auro 11.1 by Barco Sound System

Auro 11.1 by Barco provides movie-going audiences with the most natural 3D acoustics. Exhibitors now have the means to deploy this new sound system from Barco with Qube Cinema servers.

Auro 11.1 by Barco incorporates height and overhead channels to the existing surround sound, allowing a more natural and immersive experience, enveloping the audience without being distracting. With three layers of sound, Auro 11.1 mimics natural acoustics. Theater owners with existing Qube Cinema servers now have an easy upgrade path to accommodate this new audio format.
