MRED Customers Love Their Multiple Listing Service

LISLE, Ill. - Dec. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) (http://www.mredllc.com/), Chicagoland’s multiple listing service (MLS), is pleased to announce that for the second consecutive year its MLS system, connectMLS™, and technical services were rated the highest in the latest WAV Group MLS Technology Survey (http://waves.wavgroup.com/2013/11/27/wav-group-2013-mls-technology-survey-report/).

Every fall the WAV Group fields their survey to MLSs throughout the United States and Canada.  This year, over 11,000 responses were received.  MRED users showed their enthusiasm with just under 5000 replies, by far the largest number from any MLS.

In response to the question, “What is your overall satisfaction with your MLS system?” MRED respondents gave connectMLS™ an average rating of 8.38 out of a possible 10, again the only MLS system to have an overall rating above 8, and an even higher rating than it had last year.  MRED and connectMLS™ also had the highest ratings for:

- design and visual appeal
- ease of use
- map searching
- map search results display
- mobile access
- overall performance and speed, and
- technical support

This news is just the latest in a year of success and recognition for MRED:
