Emergenza set To Rock The Underground on November 30

MELBOURNE, Australia - Dec. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- The Underground in Cologne is one of the coolest clubs in town. It has attracted large crowds for countless years.Besides its rocking artist apartments, the club offers a huge parking lot. Since 2009, the Cologne preliminary rounds of Emergenza have been held at the Underground. With reference names like Dog Eat Dog, Sick of it all, Boppin B. and third choice, the Underground has a proven track record of being a top music venue in Cologne. In addition to concerts the Underground hosts well-attended Disco / Dj events.

Emergenza is the world's largest and most popular rock festival for up and coming unsigned bands. Each year it holds concerts in more than 180 cities around the world. It features up and coming bands from across the globe.

The festival is held in elimination rounds in different countries throughout the year. The first rounds are decided by the attending audience. The vote is open and audience members can vote as many times as they want and for as many bands as they choose. The final rounds are judged by a jury panel of professional judges.

National winners are flown to Germany at Emergenza's expense to compete in the international finals. The international competition is held each August at the Taubertal Open Air Festival. The international winner is crowned the "Best Band in the World" and wins a tour, promotion, studio time, musical instruments and more!

Six bands will take to the Underground's stage to compete; alternative metal band Stupid Solution, indie rock band Cats in a Ghost World, pop band Sidra, punk rock band Wantu & The srie 4's, punk rock band Señor Pilz and rock band Silent Behavior.
