Atty Josh Rosenberg Named RPPTL Fellow

MIAMI - Nov. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship Attorney Joshua H. Rosenberg, apartner with the multi-disciplinary law firm of Markowitz, Ringel, Trusty & Hartog, P.A., has been named a Real Property, Probate and Trust Law (RPPTL) Fellowand a member of the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.

      The purpose of the RPPTL section of the Florida Bar is to provide persons with an interest in real property, probate or trust law an outlet to assist the public generally, develop and maintain professional relationships between lawyers and other related groups, and to accomplish legislative objectives that improve the administration of real property, probate and trust laws.

Rosenberg’s practice-areas include elder law, estate planning and probate litigation. Rosenberg was named a 2013 Up and Comer in Florida Trend’s Legal Elite and a Florida Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2009 through 2013. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law and a Masters of Law (LL.M) from the University of Miami Heckerling Program in Estate Planning.
