By: FoodSense A to Z “Health & Wellness Connection 2014” is being presented by Sharon Madsen, owner of FoodSense A to Z in Phoenix. According to Madsen, a popular nutritional consultant and Western Herbalist, “This event is dedicated to promoting wellness through education and to help people connect to the exciting resources we have in our own backyard.” A portion of the proceeds will benefit ReAwaken, a nonprofit which provides workshops, resources and emotional care to help women overcome the challenges of life’s obstacles. Madsen’s vision was to create an event entirely devoted to promoting health and wellness. “I’ve been to many health fairs that, frankly, were more about selling products than providing useful information. All of our presenters and vendors have to be approved based on their knowledge, products represented and services in order to participate. We want to provide an outstanding educational opportunity that allows attendees to make better choices in their lives.“ For more information and Sponsorship and Vendor opportunities, interested parties can contact Madsen at (602) 684-1475 or email Sharon@FoodSenseAtoZ.com. According to Jarrett Ransom, founder and Executive Director of ReAwaken, “We are so pleased to be a part of this event. The proceeds that we will receive will go far to empower women and help them get the support they need.” For more information on ReAwaken, visit www.reawakenforwomen.org. Madsen adds, “Our goal is to help people to Learn Well, Be Well and Live Well. Health & Wellness Connection 2014 will be a fun, engaging, educational experience that offers real solutions for optimal health. We want everyone who attends to find new ways to improve their health – and quality of life - in 2014.” Health & Wellness Connection 2014 is a presentation of FoodSense A to Z, a Nutrition and Western Herbalist consulting firm in Fountain Hills, AZ.
