Humanistic sociologist and internationally recognized conflict consultant Kathleen Bartle, MA is hosting a three hour online workshop for HR professionals on how to prepare for difficult conversations in the workplace starting Nov 4th, 2013.
 
BRADENTON, Fla. - Oct. 17, 2013 - PRLog -- Humanistic sociologist and internationally recognized conflict consultant Kathleen Bartle, MA is hosting a three hour online workshop for HR professionals on how to prepare for difficult conversations in the workplace starting Nov 4th, 2013.

Based on her book Stop Arguing and Start Working, Kathleen will teach 6 research based strategies that will help you be confident, calm and capable while dealing with difficult conversations at work.

Kathleen’s workshop, Preparing for Difficult Conversations in the Workplace, has been approved for 3 (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.   Note: This is not an endorsement by the HR Certification Institute of the quality of the program. It means that this program has met the HR Certification Institute’s criteria to be pre-approved for recertification credit.

This online course is being hosted by Humanist Learning Systems and will feature video lessons, handouts, lecture notes and additional materials. Participants will have access to Ms. Bartle to ask questions and receive feedback on the material in the course.
