ScottMadden Launches Third Cycle of HR Shared Services Benchmarking Study with APQC

ATLANTA - Oct. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- ScottMadden, Inc., a general management consulting firm, has launched the third cycle of its HR Shared Services Benchmarking Study with APQC. This study provides leaders of HR shared services organizations an opportunity to measure their performance, compare their practices to peer organizations, and understand current trends.

This multi-year study, focused on U.S. or North American HR shared services organizations with service centers and centers of expertise, captures metrics related to staffing, scope, operating models, and performance, as well as qualitative questions about the participant’s practices. The study provides reliable, comparative benchmarking data that can be used to validate an operation’s performance to senior leadership and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR shared services.

At ScottMadden, we continue to see an increase in the use of Tier 2 specialists in HR shared services through increased use of self-service and expansion of higher value services delivered by the service center.
